Freundliches Team und schöne Einrichtung. Wir hatten beide an dem Tag verfügbaren veganen Kuchen, den Karottenkuchen und einen "Quark" kuchen. Beide waren sehr lecker und mal was anderes. Der Eiskaffee war auch super.

Tasty Lunch Spot - Edit
A variety of vegan food and drink options. We especially liked that the vegan choices were a bit more unusual. When we visited, they had three vegan cake options. We chose the brownie and were pleasantly surprised by the taste, as they used nuts in the batter, which complemented the chocolate flavor nicely. The staff was very friendly, and the whole atmosphere was very cozy.

They have lots of vegan options and you can get a selection of these served on a board! That is so cool. It is quite a lot for one person though so better be hungry! Lovely place and super friendly service!

Nice scrambled tofu burrito, vegan cheese on demand. Very tasty samosas. Fresh brewed ice tea. And like I wrote in the title very kind and caring staff. All in all a place which I am looking forward to visit again if I come back to Middelburg!
Read moreUpdate 18.07.2025: came back to Middleburg and had breakfast and lunch here - still a great menu with lots of vegan options and huge focus on sustainable, zero waste products and work. Staff was as welcoming and nice as last year. 5-star rating not possible because of the HappyCow rules, but would give them if I could.

We twijfelden zelfs even of het geen vlees was, maar hij is toch echt plantaardig. Daarna nog genoten van de kwarktaart en er waren nog een paar vegan taartjes.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Many vegan options on the menu. We had the jalapeno-burger, not too hot, but very tasty. We doubted for a moment if it was animal meat, but it is really plant based! We also enjoyed a piece of cake and there were like four vegan cake options.

Cosy Café with a great choice of vegan options and very friendly staff. Plant based milk available with no extra charge! I've had an iced Chai latte, vegan bitterballen and the smashed avo sandwich with vegan feta and bacon. Everything was delicious!

We went to Het Koffiepand after a day of walking around the lovely town. The place is small and cozy, staff is super friendly, and the food and drinks are delicious! We had vegan jackfruit croquets, avocado toast, hot cocoa and chai latte. Everything we ordered was vegan and delicious.

There is some room for improvement food wise (a vegan cheesecake that tasted more like a block of coconut oil and a mushroom pita for which we had to ask for the actual mushroom as it was served with like 3 pieces) but overal it is quite good.
