Hebe now has a whole vegan menu option. I went there this month (january 2026) and the experience was absolutely unbelievable.

The mix and combination of tastes… seriously, what a joy to eat so good.
The menu was createad by a chef who has 2 michelin stars, so that gives you a tip of what’s to come.
It’s expensive, it costs like 67 euros, but it was totally worth it.

One vegan option but excellent - Edit
There is one vegan and one vegetarian option for each course (starter, main, dessert). We split the vegan starter (braised carrots and hummus), I got the vegan main (stuffed courgette) and my mom got the vegetarian main (pesto orzo “risotto” with tomato and mushroom). We got the sides of bulgar salad and potatoes and mushrooms. We were blown away by the flavours! For a non-veg restaurant they took so much care in building out delicious veg options. Excellent location, friendly staff, and extensive wine list. We didn’t try the dessert as we were full, and I don’t think the set menu would be necessary as it would be quite a lot of food and it’s pricey. This was a hidden gem!

Delicious meal at Hebe. Good choice, excellent balanced flavours and good portion sizes - the lentil main course was particularly flavourful. The service was great and the cocktail was delicious. I would definitely visit again

Delicious dinner & accommodating staff. When I visited they had a couple of vegan options for both appetizers and main dishes. (I would have been more impressed if I hadn’t just eaten at Colette the night before.)

Superbes plats originaux (jamais je n’aurais pensé que l’association carotte datte et pamplemousse me plairait) et le personnel est très gentil. On ressort sans avoir l’estomac lourd!

Delicious fine dining - Edit
A local friend recommended it and all meals were delicious. Each course was well balanced in flavour and a delight to savour. The service was not only attentive, but also showed a delightful humourous spirit. Highly recommended.
