Cutesy Cafe

For the cold and Rainy or Wonderfully warm summer Seattle days, this Cafe is sure to please the Spiritual Mind! The juice is freshly made in house! So Devine!

Healthier option

We stopped in the other day for a quick lunch and it was very good! We both had “Popeye’s Last Stand”, the “Rapture” smoothies and a slice of the strawberry cream pure pie.

Bleh

I was super excited to try this place, but it just fell short. The avocado in my savory breakfast bowl was rock hard, to the point I decided against eating it. My maca hot cocoa was just… weird. Everything was served in single use plastic. I understand if they have to use disposables, but they can’t use compostable? On the bright side, my five year old liked his smoothie.

Pros: Good smoothie

Cons: Expensive, Single use plastics, Poor food quality

I gave them a second chance!!

Tried them again only because Box Bar was closed. We were really disappointed with the service the first time we went. They didn’t call our name once our food was ready and we waited for 40 minutes while watching them hand off orders to all the door dashers until I got fed up, and only after asking was told our food had been ready for a while. The food wasn’t great that time, but I think the food today was even more disappointing. The Cookie Monster smoothie wasn’t good, and the Popeye’s Dream was actually kind of gross. The Awaken grain bowl was alright but a dish that would have cost me about $1.50 to make at home was $9 in store. Thankfully they didn’t forget about us this time, but the service wasn’t fast by any means. I wanted to like this place but it just falls short on every account. HOWEVER- the pies are phenomenal! I am actually in awe of how they are able to make a raw pie taste so amazing. I will go back for the pie; I just won’t be ordering any food with it.

Pros: All vegan, Great pie

Cons: Expensive , Slow service , Underwhelming food

Tasteful

Ordered the Joyful Bowl and it was tasteful. At $13 (without tip) I definitely think it was costly for the minimal portion they give you. I would definitely eat here if in the area.
