Go for the Yogurt (only)

This place is bright, modern and clean but with a cold, canteen type feel to it rather than cosy.
I ordered the spring rolls which were OK but I have certainly eaten better.
My friend ordered the veggie burger which looked very lame indeed. At least it was cheap.
I also ordered a seaweed salad and did think that was fairly good.
Without a doubt though the one thing that you should go to this place for is the 'yogurt'. They call it yogurt but it is like a frozen yogurt or ice-cream. Vegan. Strawberry or mint. In a place where vegan desserts of any kind are rare, it is worth a visit just for this. Otherwise, skip it. Shame as I hate to give all vegan restaurants bad reviews but it really doesn't cut the mustard.
If mock meats are you thing you might like it. As well as dishes full of them in the menu they also have a grocery store where you can buy a vegan version of everything you can think of, from braised beef, snails, chicken legs to condensed milk.
One more thing to mention is their annoying use of plastic, as already been mentioned by others. The plastic banana leaf layer didn't fool anyone, why not use a real banana leaf?!

Amazing Pho!

The Pho was delicious. It was a build your own style. Veggies, mushrooms, vegan meats, etc etc and then choose broth style. Absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend whilst in Ho Chi Min. The best Pho I’ve had in Vietnam

fun and delicious

Bit more pricey than other places nearby but its so much fun custom making your meal. They just cook it in a light soy sauce I think, but there are self serve sauce / chilli options at the back. Wish something like this was in Australia. Try the mock egg!

Pros: lots of mock meats, vegan egg, huge variety

Cons: easy to get out of hand, limited sauce options

Such a good idea!

Amazing, you pick your own salad, noodles, meats and veggies and they cook it for you. Every category has around 20 options! It tastes amazing! We also had clear dumplings and spring rolls which were good too. Definitely worth going every day as you have endless choices.

Pros: choose your own ingredients , healthy and different , clean

Cons: no a/c

ok

Nice vegan choices you can even pick up your ingredients (pasta - veggies - mock meat) and they cooked it for you - big choices of mock meat but lack of flavour/spices in the plate.
The place look like a modern fast food and at the rear of the restaurant you have laaarge option of vegan food and snacks to buy.

Meh

Food was passable. Would be a great concept if every choice of ingredient didn't involve the use of a plastic bag. Ok but underwhelmed.

Cons: Plastic bags.... Unremarkable food.

vegan burger

I have visited Healthy Farm in D1 and had a decent hotpot, so I thought I would try the vegan burger here. Initially I selected the rice burger but was persuaded to go the original burger due to the long cooking time for e rice burger. What was displayed in the picture compared to what I received couldn't have been more different. A white, sugary bun, limp lettuce, a little tomato and the world's smallest soy patty. It didn't even cover half of the bun was was less than a centimeter thick. I couldn't even taste it when I took a bite. Definitely not going back for another burger.

Microwave

I was impressed with the ambience and offerings. But completely lost interest when we received our "fresh spring rolls" after they were heated in a microwave. We noticed them doing them same for other orders.
And our soups were also heated in the microwave. So basically they are heating up frozen items. Lacked depth of flavor. No worth the price.
Thing that was good was the fresh squeezed orange juice.

nice place

I really enjoyed building my own noodle dish here. It all looks so fresh. Great selection of vegan meats to take home and cook too. It's very lit up in there. Their music choice was not great... food was good though. I will return :)

Build your own noodles!

I loved the concept of walking in, being handed a basket, and directed toward coolers to choose your own fresh ingredients to be cooked by the staff. Plus, a staff member always comes out to help. I hated the price (three cherry tomatoes cost 15k), and most items were individually packaged (like three small tomatoes in one bag) so it was an uncomfortable use of plastic and the reason I gave it 3 stars. It's possible to build a delicious dish for less than 40k, but perhaps a 60k dish would be more satisfying to most. The noodles are stir-fried and then served with a side broth to be poured over the noodles when served. It's really delicious. There are some dishes that can be ordered off a menu displayed off the wall, like hot pot.I do a smaller noodle dish and order from the salad bar, which is also a build-your-own (size is restricted to a small dinner plate, but height is not) for only 25k. This is what has drawn me the few times I've been. The atmosphere is very different than a hole-the-wall type place, but it's certainly clean and well-lit. I'd recommend.

Pros: salad bar

Cons: too much use of plastic
