Very disappointing food/ service - Edit
I don't like to negatively review vegan restaurants as I really like to support them but our experience this evening was very disappointing. The place had no napkins (only wet wipes) and no knives (very bizarre!). Shockingly when the bill came we were charged for the wipes that we used which we refused. The food was very disappointing - We have had some incredible food in other vegan restaurants when travelling across the country. The rice pancake was just not make well, the fresh spring rolls were average and the fried sesame tofu was very bland. They got our order wrong - we ordered 2 pancakes but only one arrived (not such a bad thing given it was really mediocre). The hand-wash in the toilet was finished so I asked for some more. The staff just went into the kitchen and filled the empty bottle with water and gave it to me.

It's a shame that your food and the service wasn't good but getting charged for wet towels and not having knives is absolutely normal in Vietnam.

The atmosphere at Heal and Celeb is very nice — warm, stylish, and welcoming. The service is kind and attentive, which really makes the experience pleasant. The food is OK, not extraordinary, but still enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good spot to relax and enjoy the vibe, especially if you value great service and a nice setting.

I so wanted to love this place but sadly the food was just lacking taste.

The decor was really nice.
The menu was varied.
But the taste just didn't impress us at all and it all felt a bit lacklustre.
We had:
- Sesame Tofu Bites (silken tofu so texture wasnt great). The dipping sauce was my favourite part of the meal.
- Some sort of curry. They warned us it was spicy but lacked flavour.
- Vietnamese Pancake

Ordered an assortment of dishes. The Banh Cuon and Banh Xeo were very tasty, flavorful.

This is a very small restaurant with 4 tables. It has a nice atmosphere, staff speaks english.
