You don’t make friends with salad - Edit
Lame to make a joke about it, but when I asked what vegan options there were and got told “uhhh… salad? Only if we leave the cheese out though” I was pretty unimpressed. We left and went to Code Red instead. They were much cheaper and way more accommodating.

Was a bit nervous about coming here because of other reviews, but despite the lack of options on the menu, the server was comfortable with making taco adjustment recommendations and they turned out great. Ate two too fast for photo. Whoops.

We visited in mid-December for lunch mid-week and there were only a couple of other people there. The server was knowledgeable about what items on the menu could be made vegan (none were without modifications). I ended up getting the burrito bowl and it was very tasty. They subbed the salsa for the queso for me. I agree with others that it is pricey, but hey, it's Jackson Hole. What do you expect?

The food option here for vegan plates are good. I got the portabella mushroom tacos and my husband got the cauliflower tacos. We loved them! Very flavorful and presentation was great. Chips and salsa are very good. I am a salsa SNOB and can tell you their salsa is spot on for flavor and heat!
Read moreSadly, our experience was NOT good as far as getting our food, getting drink refills, and getting our check. We literally were there for 2.5 hours. While we enjoyed our family’s company and time spent…that was a loooong time to get food and we literally went through 3 baskets of chips and salsa before our food came.
So don’t go there hungry you won’t get your food for a good hour. No joke.
We will go back as vegan options in Jackson are very limited and the food was excellent! We will just be prepared to wait!

Not many vegan options but I enjoyed the mushroom tacos - not the best tacos I've ever had, but a decent vegan meal which is hard to come by in this town and Yellowstone. Cocktails are amazing!!!!!! Mango and huckleberry margarita were yum! Salsa was delicious too - guac was ok. Overall, good hearty meal after eating lots of bland vegan meals throughout Yellowstone. Staff is super duper nice!!!!! Long wait time so make reservations in advance!

Chips and salsa - They charge $4 - Chips are very low oil - perfect. Salsa made from scratch and with a nice heat - best I ever had in a Mex place. Quac was made there and great too.
Read moreI had the Burrito bowl which was had the option of adding brussel sprouts as the "protein option". It was delicious served with Black bean mash, pico, and a nice rice (see my pic uploaded).
Their standard margarita was awesome. Strong, made with fresh lime juice and agave.
Prices were fair but not cheap. Totally worth it as everything is made from scratch.
Pros: High quality foor, Chef who knows how to add heat without killing you, Nice decor/atmosphere

I'm not big on salads, which left me with two choices; Portobello tacos, or Portobello-stuffed eggplant enchiladas. I got the tacos, on taco Tuesday (3 for $9), and it was great flavour, but I'm not big on mushrooms, so not for me. This place has a cool atmosphere, but limited choices for veg.

I called Hatch and asked if they had vegan options on the menu, and I was told "yes, we have lots of vegan options". I think what he meant is that 'yes, of course we serve salad'. There were a few salads on the menu, and they could make the tacos and sopes vegan, Both seriously lacked flavor. I recommend going to Lotus Cafe or Bon Appe Thai instead.

Stopped in for a snack and a drink. Nice atmosphere, we only ordered the chips and guac because we just had brunch at Lotus (ick) I was pleased with the service, facility, and staff. Next time in in town I'll try a meal.

We stopped in here with friends and had a nice slow lunch. I enjoyed the tostadas and my hubby enjoyed the tacos. We let them know we are vegans and they made sure that we understood the menu. I would definitely go back. Our only complaint would be it was rather slow service.
