Very Few Options - Edit
I called Hatch and asked if they had vegan options on the menu, and I was told "yes, we have lots of vegan options". I think what he meant is that 'yes, of course we serve salad'. There were a few salads on the menu, and they could make the tacos and sopes vegan, Both seriously lacked flavor. I recommend going to Lotus Cafe or Bon Appe Thai instead.

Stopped in for a snack and a drink. Nice atmosphere, we only ordered the chips and guac because we just had brunch at Lotus (ick) I was pleased with the service, facility, and staff. Next time in in town I'll try a meal.

great lunch - Edit
We stopped in here with friends and had a nice slow lunch. I enjoyed the tostadas and my hubby enjoyed the tacos. We let them know we are vegans and they made sure that we understood the menu. I would definitely go back. Our only complaint would be it was rather slow service.
