Ask for vegan options - Edit
It is a typical kebab stand with a lot of options, half of them labelled as vegetarian. Nonetheless no vegan option indicated, you have to ask for it. The staff is very helpful. I had a regular falafel pita (with vegan sauce) that was regular, nothing special but it was still better rather than being hungry.

...bietet Hatay eine relativ große Auswahl an veganen Gerichten. Es gibt eine extra vegane Sauce für Falafel Döner/Dürüm/Teller/Box, welche man statt der normalen Sauce bestellt. Hauptzutat der Sauce ist Sojajoghurt. Weiterhin haben sie für die Pizzen veganen Käse. Dann einfach eine vegetarische Pizza (Gemüse oder Pilze oder nach eigenem Wunsch) mit veganen Käse bestellen. Für die Gegend eine super Auswahl (statt einfach nur Pommes - die haben sie natürlich auch).
