100% Vegan Bread Shop in Aomori - A Rare Gem! - Edit
This little shop may not stand out, but it is one of Aomori's rare gems.
Read moreAll of the bread here is natural and vegan. I bought one of almost every kind of bread there was and I enjoyed all of them. I especially liked the charcoal-type breads. The one with chocolate filling and the one with mashed pumpkin filling were amazing!
The owner is from Aomori but moved to Nagano where she started her bakery. She moved back to Aomori a few years ago to be closer to her aging parents. She said that there aren't as many people in this area who are interested in buying healthy bread. Let's show her we exist!
Highly recommended if you're ever in the area. It's right down the street from Chamama Cafe, one of Aomori's only vegetarian restaurants (vegan options available).
