Happy Mouse Vegan at Green Island Vegan Market June 2024 - Edit
After sampling delecious Garlic, Chilli, and Smoked cheeses at Happy Mouse Vegan's stall at the Green Island Vegan Market, I finally decided on purchasing their Caramelised Onion Cheese.
Read moreIt had a perfect texture, tasted absolutely divine, and was utterly moreish. I wish I could say I made myself a nice cheese plate with some crackers, grapes and chutneys, but I can't as I ate the entire block right out of the package like a savagely mad rat. Thankfully, Happy Mouse has a website and will be at the North Wales Vegan Festival next week so I can try and eat my next cheeses in a classier maner!
