Hahndorf Inn - Edit
I always feel left out of German cuisine, so this was great! We had the vegan hot dog, vegan sausage & potato salad and sides. It was all delicious and the atmosphere was great. Be warned, very generous serves. Would definitely recommend.

Would give five stars but the app won’t let me. Has plenty of good vegan options, I had the vegan krainer hotdog and would recommend. The mustard is phenomenal.

Ordered the Vegan Wurst making a point to ensure was vegan and GF as noted on the menu, tried some of the mash and tasted like butter and not vegan - asked the waiter who asked the chef only to return with the vegan alternative I should’ve been given and apologised saying I was giving the wrong food and my meal contained dairy, wasn’t given a fresh plate to then eat off or any real apology - considering this is an allergy and dietary requirement it was very poor and I wont be returning.

We had the metre (& litre) hot dog between 4 of us. You can choose what topping you want out of sauerkraut, rotkohl (cabbage), jalapenos or grilled onion. There is only 1 option for plant based Sausage. The Sausage is like a vegie dog rather than a mock meat. Also comes with tomato sauce, mustard & gravy. It was ok but nothing to write home about it. More of a novelty thing. There are also whole pig legs & large sausages being brought out so if that bothers you, reconsider eating here.
