A Gem in Las Cruces! - Edit
I was so, so pleased to find this place on my travels. They have a dedicated vegan section of their menu with multiple options. I had the veggie burrito and it was top notch - stuffed with rice, beans, and deliciously seasoned fresh veggies (onions, potatoes, peppers, zucchini) and smothered in an amazing sauce. The portions are super generous and they gave me a free cup of vegan soup with my order that was 10/10.

This place is a favorite. They have a vegan section in the menu with a few options. The potato tacos are so good. They have delicious sopa de fideos, rice and beans and burritos too.

Got the bean burrito which was literally just a massive amount of mashed beans inside a tortilla with red sauce, but it was in fact delicious. The lentil soup was good as well.

Food was tasty and they have a dedicated “vegan menu”. I tried the vegetable enchiladas. The tortillas are great they taste homemade. Enchilada sauce is a little spicy and it would be nice if they had guacamole. Overall good especially for the area!

Read moreGood parking, great atmosphere, good/reasonably quick service- I got both the veggie burrito and enchilada. This was a good place to go for both vegans and non-vegans. (My non-vegan friends really enjoyed their food). To keep it simple, they did a lot with less. Great spices and sauces. They used all basic ingredients and it tasted great for a decent price in my opinion. Love it, I don’t know how others stack up but I would say it’s very good, borderline excellent due to variety I would say. If you ever go to hawaii- visit Gordos for vegan food, if this place had what they had too- chef’s kiss! Hope you get the chance to enjoy🙏

Chef Alfredo himself took our orders! We had the vegan potato tacos, after reading the reviews, and the complimentary vegan lentil soup. Such a pleasure to see the vegan options so prominently displayed on the digital menu. Chef Alfredo was very warm and welcoming. Really enjoyed the lentil soup.

We had the potato taco plate and the enchilada plate. Both were delicious but the tacos won. Had we been in town a little longer we would have gone back for more! The vegan welcome soup, a lentil soup, was a big bonus.

Really yummy! The employee was super nice and attentive with the vegan options. The enchilada was filled with various veggies and potatoes. The burrito option was very similar but filled with rice as well.

Veggies were good, still some bite not mushy as is so often the case.
The sauce (green) was spicy and flavorful. they also serve a cup off soup which is complementary, service was prompt and friendly.
Will definitely go back next time I am in town!

After a 12 hour drive I was pleased to find a restaurant with more than one or two vegan options. The employees were very friendly and helped me decide what to order. I got a veggie burrito which also came with beans, rice and a lentil soup. All of it was delicious and very filling.
