Recommend for a lunch after a Aquarium visit - Edit

But the fish burger was veeeery tasty
I hope you’ll be lucky and it will go faster with your order;)

Marina venue now shut. Disappointed - Edit
We first came across Gypsy in Dubai mall and were blown away. Due to this HappyCow app we came to Marina and walked around for 30mins looking for a restaurant that no longer exists. Update the app!

Vegan place at Marina Walk - Edit
Super friendly staff, we really enjoyed our time there. All items that we offered were available and very delicious. We like Marina Branch more than Dubai Mall as staff in Dubai mall is not very friendly and running up and down. Go to Marina to enjoy it fully.

Good start but only going worse and worse - Edit
I have to be honest, I was very excited when this restaurant opened at Marina, Dubai location and really enjoyed amazing dishes over there. However, this is not the case any more. The restaurant opened another location at Dubai Mall and this is really a disaster. Half of the menu is always not available due to some unknown reasons including desserts. The staff over there is very rude and not interested to serve the customers. Quality of dishes is even worse than fast food. The fish and chips meal is not even close to the mall I used to have previously at Marina, Dubai location. The portion is half smaller than before, there are only around ten chips (??) coming with the meal which are fully overcooked, full of oil (perhaps oil has not been changed for a while) and not tasty at all. Mashed peas is not mashed at all, there are full pieces of peas, completely dry without any herbs. Avoid this place as much as you can. When I reported the issue at the first place the staff did not accept it saying that their food is amazing (??). It was, I agree but it is not the case any more. The managment has their noses high in the air. Furthermore, the staff at Dubai Mall location is very rude, and the entire place is not enjoyable at all. You had so amazing start but it is going only worse and worse guys, relly need a huge improvement to have me eating there again.

Awesome flavours - Edit
We added Gypsy as our favourite veg restaurant /coffeeshop/teahouse - after testing the fish and chips / lasagna and steak with chicken wings for a starter. You can take any none veg to this place and they will consider going plant-based. If you are looking for a full english breakfast - try them as well. The eggs are amazing - the salmon (from carrots) I have not had anywhere before. I will return and go for the rest of the menu. Easy to recommend if you are looking for an honest / full of flavour / affordable - veg journey.
