Don’t bother. I remember them having tofu on their menu a few years ago, as of February 2022, no longer has tofu on menu and employees confirmed.

vegan food in restricted area - Edit
Could complain a lot, about smaller than expected portions, high prices and guacamole that you need to pay extra for, but... I had vegan food at the airport so I am pretty happy. Plus it was quite tasty. We had a burrito and tacos, both with tofu and black beans, forgot to take photos 😬
