Nice place in centre of the village - Edit

Came here for a special family occasion and asked for vegan options in advance. Had vegan Thai curry which was nice but quite spicy for my palette so if you're not that into spice mention that in advance! Pleasant staff and overall good atmosphere

Good pub food - Edit

Went to this restaurant as the only vegans among meat-eaters in an area with few options. Rang ahead to ensure availability of vegan options and wasn't let down with a main of a rich masala curry with seasonal root vegetables and a healthy kick of spice. Starter of homemade hummus with truffle oil was listed as vegan but owner was pleasant when it was pointed out it likely wasn't and made it without instead. Good experience all-round.

Pros: Owners keen to accommodate vegan eaters, Good local produce

Cons: Few vegan options
