Like a Greek version of Gregs

A few vegan options (we got the spinach pie and there were also alt milks and some cookies) that are easy to grab and go. Reminded me of Gregs

Disappointed

It took me a couple of visits before they had anything vegan available so I wouldn't rely on it for breakfast. The first time I asked for a falafel wrap I was served a salmon wrap instead and foolishly didn't check until I was on the beach - I don't think the server understood much english. When I did get it later, it was dry and a bit bland.

The vegan cheese pasty wasn't much to my taste, it was alright but not something I'd get again. The spinach pasty was actually quite good though, so I would recommend that. I couldn't see any vegan donuts or any other vegan food when I was there.

There's not much choice when it comes to breakfast in Adamas (or Milos for that matter), but I would stick to the juice bar even if it is more expensive.

Pros: Nice spinach pasty

Cons: Didn't like the falafel wrap or cheese pasty, Be careful you get served the right thing, Often out of vegan options

Cheap and great for a quick lunch on the go

They have a few vegan options including wraps, salads, pies, smoothies, coffees with soy, almond or coconut milk aswell as treats as vegan doughnuts. Perfect for a quick and cheap lunch and snack on the go. We tried the vegan spinach pie, the vegan cheese pie and the doughnuts. The vegan spinach pie was our favourite and we ate it almost everyday on Milos. The doughnuts were really good too!

Everything’s cheap aswell. Everything’s around 1-2€.

Be aware that the vegan options might run out towards later in the day! They bake everything in the morning so that’s when you’ll find the most variety. They do bake more throughout the day but they do it slowly and in small batches, so come in the morning if you want to make sure they have what you’re looking for!

We took spinach pies to go and then went out exploring for the day! Perfect as vegan options are otherwise quite limited on Milos, especially when you’re out and about (it’s a very authentic and natural island after all with only 5000 inhabitants living mainly in the 3 bigger towns Adamas, Plaka and Pollonia).

We didn’t have any general issues with eating vegan on Milos, and Gregory’s was a big help!
