Green Vegetarian Restaurante

Sometimes the main dishes aren't vegan (usually they serve a soup that is vegan and something sweet made just with fruits and sugar). You have to ask to the waiters about it. The salad buffet is good (including lots of greens, chickpeas/ soy beans etc), so if you are craving for unlimited salad this restaurant may be a good choice. There are better options for a vegan nearby (tempeh, for example), but in green the price is fixed, in the other restaurantes you pay according to the weight of the amount of food you get (that will only be a problem if you eat a huge amount of food).

I tried the salad buffet for 23 reais (if I'm not mistaken) and ate what I could identify as vegan. It was a simple and ok food. I couldn't order the plate with hot dishes because none of them were vegan. I believe I could have eaten better in a non vegetarian self service.

Being rigorous, the restaurant is veg friendly because it has conventional geltatine as dessert.
Salads are self service and easily vegan identifiable. Main dishes are a la carte and you need to chat a lot with waiters about what is vegan or not, hecause they are not trained for that.
