I had the veggie torta made vegan. It was delicious and very filling. I did not get any sides or drinks.

Filling w/o Being Heavy - Edit
Hungry after a long drive so we decided to stop in. I had the Vegan Chickpea sandwich & a Lemongrass Salad, the person I was with had the Veggie Chickpea with a bowl of soup (I believe it was black bean). They were happy to add tomato to my sandwich for no extra cost. Staff was knowledgeable about veganism and could easily answer all questions.
Read moreIt was very filling without weighing me down, felt very energetic afterward. The entire place was quite clean and very busy, I'd probably call ahead next time just to save a little time. Even the restrooms were spotlessly clean, I was very impressed.
We are definitely going to make this a regular stop on our road-trips.

The veggie Torta and the split pea soup are spender. Outstanding service, and well priced. Pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

The Chickpea sandwich was light on chickpeas, heavy on the cucumbers. Loved the Mama’s peppers… sweet and little bit of spicy. Would buy a jar of those! We split a sandwich and they plated our halves separately; which we appreciated!!

Nice place I had the vegan chickpea sandwich which was fresh and tasty. They have a few vegan options and can sub tofu for any of the meat for free.

I got the veggie torta and they have the option built in to remove the dairy products (cheese and chipotle dressing) and sub with a really good vegan chimichurri sauce. You can add tofu to any sandwich as well. It was delicious and filling and the fresh jalapenos were A++! Will definitely go here again when in the area.
