Good vegan spot while staying close to airport - Edit
Stayed one night near Amsterdam Airport and this was one decent vegan option I could find for dinner. Most categories had at least one clearly labelled vegan option. I tried the vegan buttered chicken which was a subtly warming stew of chickpeas, tofu and other vegetables. Nicely spiced! And the naan that came with it was really yummy too. I tried the bread and dip platter which was more than enough food for one person, with some really nice chutney, vegan aioli and olive oil.

Tasty with separate vegan menu - Edit
There's a seperate vegan menu with 2 apetizers, 2 main courses and 2 deserts. I ordered the pomodori soup and i liked it a lot! Also really nice staff and lots of places to sit outside in the sun.
