The service was over all good but the wait was super long. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte with crème brûlée foam and pearls and a peach yogurt drink with mango popping pearls. The matcha latte had almost no strawberry's and the so called yogurt drink was almost just a peach juice with sugar! It did not have the slightest yogurt taste or even yakult flavor. If i wanted tea or juice I would have got it! I will not be returning to this gong cha again

Gumptious cups of genial grandeur. - Edit
A franchise experience, in this case not a bad thing - surprising refreshing, with the ability to tailor amount of added sugar and ice.
