Frisch & saisonal

In den kleinen Gassen von Albinen befindet sich dieses wunderschöne kleine Restaurant.
Bei perfektem Wetter haben wir unser Menü draussen genossen.
Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert und uns beraten. Es gibt immer ein Tagesmenü, welches problemlos für uns in vegetarisch und vegan angepasst wurde.
Alle Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Die Lebensmittel dafür stammen grössenteils aus dem Garten der Inhaber und sind lokal und saisonal.
Uns hat das Menü wunderbar geschmeckt, es war genau richtig gewürzt und das Gemüse auf den Punkt richtig gekocht.
Achtung, nur barzahlung möglich und Reservation unbedingt erforderlich.

An amazing experience

The food here was amazingly delicious and carefully prepared by the chef/owner. She had used fresh ingredients from her garden, and it felt as if we had been welcomed into someone's home and thoughtfully prepared a wonderful meal.

We also requested a gluten free vegan menu, and this was easily arranged with no hassle. The chef/owner was super friendly and open minded, too. It's definitely not a walk-in kind of place but I can't recommend this experience enough.

Pros: A specially created 4 course vegan menu on request, Seasonal, local, fresh, delicious!, Amazingly well priced for a 4 course menu

The website promises vegan options but you can't know precisely what they are. But since you have to make a reservation in advance, you might just as well ask.

...as the vegan chef of Wirtshaus Godswärgjistubu I can give you the following answer: we don‘t have a menu card. every day we cook a completely new menu with products direct from our gardens that are ready to pick, or of preserves that we made during harvesting time, or from local farmers. So will never be able to declare what our vegan options are..... but we cook every day a vegan version of our daily changing health food menu!
