Lots of coffee options, vegan desserts, etc - Edit
They have a coffee bar, baked goods, and some grocery items. All of these include vegan options, which is nice. If you're in town and looking for some vegan items, this is probably your best bet for avoiding take-out or dining out for every meal.

Due to the proximity to Farm Sanctuary, there is vegan food available, including very good sandwiches. There is also vegan pastry served here!

Great Place, I wish i could take it home!!! - Edit
I went to Watkin's Glen for my honeymoon and fell in love with the Glen Mountain Market. My husband and I actually had breakfast and lunch here two days in a row. They have a great selection of vegan/vegetarian menu items and pretty great prices. The atmosphere of the place is also welcoming. You can relax with the paper, or use their wifi with your laptop.

Makes an OK b-day cake veganized, thanks to farm sancturary they have a decent vegan menu as well
