This place is Israeli and Zionist - know before you go, as supporting this restaurant is also supporting genocide. Because of this, Google blocks negative reviews They have a salad called “Habibi Tel Aviv” (my first red flag). You can try to steal za’atar, falafel , and hummus but these things will never be yours. We walked out as soon as we realized what this place is.

Watch out for desserts, though, as they are not vegan.
Also note that they do use honey and cow's milk for the drinks.
I hope they can become fully vegan in the future.

Good portion size & okay coffee but i ordered the spicy burger - in my opion it was 0 on a spice level. For this reason it was very meh/average as it was lacking flavour.

I have been a customer at Ginsburger for several years. I've had veggie burgers in a number of cities, and they make the best I've ever had. Even my non-veg friends and spouse love them as well, as they are incredibly tasty and the patties have a meaty texture and taste. The varieties of burgers are plenty, the sauces delicious, and the non-burger menu choices are also delicious. Service is fast and friendly, and in the French tradition, there is no pressure to eat quickly; you can sit and savor your meal slowly. My wife (who is omnivore) and I always look forward to eating there and seeing the owner David and the servers such as Emilie, who are friendly, and work very hard to make sure that service is efficient and that you have what you need. A great experience all around. Highest recommendation!

The staff are very sweet and helpful, and the place is cute and boasts a very impressive menu. An excellent choice if you're craving sumptuous, elegant "fast" food with delicious ingredients.

One of the best-selling burgers is the Holy smoked burger with Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce, which is awfully tasty!
I also tried the fries with vegetable cream flavored with truffle and shavings of vegetable cheese, which takes taste to a whole new level.
With 25 seats inside and 25 outside, you can invite friends to this place, where the choice of dishes is very large.
The buns and sauces have been vegan for some time now.
Only desserts are currently made with milk and eggs. This coffee shop offers milk and honey in some hot drinks, but vegetable oat and almond milk are also available.
Changes are afoot for this brand in September 2025, and I'll be talking about them soon!
In short, a spot with a wide choice of burgers, salads, sandwiches and drinks, where you can have a good time.

No vegan burgers, got essentially sent away when we said we were vegan - Edit
Really odd experience given the other reviews here! We went in and asked whether a specific one of the burgers was vegan, and they told us it wasn't, and that they didn't have any vegan options at all. We were a little confused and said we thought they had vegan options (also, btw, half the menu has things like "vegan cheese" written on it), but they insisted that the bread isn't vegan, they can't make anything vegan, and that they "never claimed to have vegan options".
Read moreAs we left, we pointed out the Happy Cow sticker on their door which clearly said "vegan options", to which the employee said "ah well, it's a website that selected us, and we can make the salad vegan" (which they also could have told us before?).
Honestly quite a poor showing for a vegetarian restaurant, and at odds with other reviewers who said they had vegan burgers here. I'd just say be careful and ask, because the menu itself has so many vegan ingredients listed that it isn't immediately obvious that seemingly nothing is vegan. And seriously, not being able to offer a vegan bread roll in a vegetarian burger restaurant in 2024 has got to be a bit of a joke.
(The employee was polite and friendly btw, no real fault here aside from the confusing lack of options)

Located in a busy part of Paris, this is a nice place where everyone can walk in and out easily. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the vivid areas around us.

The sauce tasted like a kind of leek stew with sprouts. Which is of course original, but I expected something else.
My boyfriend was very satisfied with his spicy burger. Then he ate the other half of my burger. He was more enthusiastic about the food than me. But I enjoyed it anyway.
