I Cannot Lie: I Wood-n’t Say It Was Great - Edit
Excited by the prospect of visiting numerous vendors under one roof within this modern food hall and carefully considering my options, I obviously ended up going to the first I happened upon as I entered the building. There was good reason though, the sight of dedicated vegan section gave rise to the idea that quality, considered plant-based sustenance lay in wait.

So much more in fact that I think I could have whittled my own Pinocchio in the time it took for the order to be prepared; understandable during peak rush, but I was literally the only patron in the building.
On the verge of dozing off, I was roused by my buzzer (number 001). Dutifully I collected pies and hoped that the delay would worth it. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
In the interest of fairness, I will start on a positive note. Given the preparation time, it was no surprise that the dough super fresh and texturally good. However, even with my kindest of mindsets, it was hard to ignore the lack of seasoning.
As I have begun to slide into the realms of negativity, let’s continue that slippery slope. For the first option, the Miss Parmigiana, I can say, with confidence and with absolute conviction, that it was indeed a pizza. Beyond it being an identifiable foodstuff, there’s not much to say as it was essentially quite nondescript.
With regard to taste, there were improvements to be found in the next offering, the Not Too Mush. Flavourful, of that there’s no denying, but it was (rather ironically given the name) altogether too wet and inexplicably cold.
If this meal was half the price, I could potentially have been a little more forgiving, but what I paid, I was expecting a premium product. Unfortunately, I can’t say that I’d be heading here again.
