Good VEGAN Bowls - Edit
I ordered a bowl with grilled veggies and it was good. It was like eating a salad.
Read moreExclude the cheese and garlic sauce (has mayo) to keep it vegan.
Pros: Check out their website for vegan options , Veggies were fresh, The (bowl)salad I ate was pretty good!
Cons: The bowls that they used are huge, The fryers can be cross contaminated

Road trip dinner spot - Edit
Staying in rural Kansas on a road trip we were assuming we'd only be able to eat at taco bell, but were pleasantly surprised when our motel suggested Fuzzy's and we found a full comprehensive list of how to make your order dairy free, and further allergen information. We ate the vegetable Baja tacos (took off both cheeses and the garlic sauce), chips and guac, black beans and margaritas!

A much nicer meal than we'd thought we'd be able to get in such a remote location!
Pros: Online resources to help make meal dairy free, Friendly staff , Lots of vegetables!
Cons: Most vegan options included menu changes, Margaritas could have been stronger
