Take out was subpar

Found this place while road-tripping across the US. Lots of option, but not what I thought it would be. I ordered the tofu teriyaki to go and it was just fried tofu covered in teriyaki sauce, no veggies. They use the crappy soy sauce packets that taste like garbage, but I assume if you eat inside it’s a lot better.

Several vegan options!

Looove their veggie rolls. I think there are 5 vegetable rolls. There are also options from the hot menu like stir fries. Very fast service!
