Read moreWonderful little cafe! I was a bit sceptical because I know this place was opened by the same people who own Lucky Leek (an exclusive vegan restaurant in the same neighbourhood). I feared that it might mimic that sort of pretentious and cold vibe that upscale restaurants usually have - but not at all! It really is a nice cafe with a very welcoming, charming and cosy atmosphere! The food is also delicious! Very homemade/gourmet style yet creative fare with fresh ingredients. I've been here a few times with my meat eating friend and my picky vegan husband and we all approve 😄 Keep up the good work Fuxx & Bär :)

It’s a small but cozy place close to the Mauerpark. They have a small-ish menu, two burgers, two crêpadillas, three bowls and a currywurst but everything is vegan apart from the cow’s milk for the coffee which I think is totally acceptable. The food is fresh and delicious. I had the quinoa queen bowl and the tempeh burger. The ingredients are unusual, the tempeh is home-made and everything looks super tasty!

It’s true that they are not completely vegan, but the ONLY things that’s not vegan is the option cows milk to your coffee. It’s true that they served cheese in the beginning, but now every meal is vegan. The staff was super, super nice and friendly!!

For the opening party of avesu's new office, these guys did the catering! It was absolutely delicious. My highlights were the lentil, raspberry and cashew cheese salad and the bean burgers.
