Hands down best ramen in chch - Edit
Plenty of vegan options. You can add more broth to make the ramen to your liking. They also have other condiments you can add like garlic, chilli, ginger etc. Free rice during lunch times. This is a chch must do.

When you go to this cute little ramen shop, you feel like you’ve been transported to Japan. The food is so tasty, fresh and authentic.

Authentic Japanese food at a great price - Edit
I had a Sesame ramen. It was similar to dishes I have eaten in Japan. Very yummy. I will be returning to try their other vegan options.

Update - Fumetan Ramen is often closed (I think the owners struggle to keep up with the demand for their popular ramen dishes). I recommend you check their Facebook page before you visit to confirm they are open. Food still excellent as the first time I visited.
