Vegan quesadilla with Brussel sprouts - Edit
Switch the vegetables in the vegan quesadilla to brussel sprouts and thank me later, it’s so good! They also have a brussel sprout taco with peanut salsa and a new cauliflower taco that’s also really good and vegan.

Frida is in downtown Covington and it was a pleasant warm spring evening when we visited. I really wanted to try the Brussels sprouts taco. My brother and I each got one and we both said it was just ok. I also got a veggie burrito made vegan without cheese. It was super good! We also enjoyed chips and salsa. Will visit again!

Great vegan options, delicious! - Edit
The Brussels sprouts taco is unique and terrific (and confirmed vegan by my server who is vegan). The vegan quesadilla was great was also unique and delicious (just note it's not made with vegan cheese, it's all veggies and great). They have a vegan burrito and black bean refrito which looked great too, but did not try. Happy hour special were a great deal and I loved the Frida with jalapeno infused tequila!

Hi! This is one of my favorite Latin inspired restaurant with vegan options. The quesadilla and brussel tacos are both VEGAN- I confirmed with a staff member (Kyle). Great place to enjoy lunch or dinner with your vegan/vegetarian and meat eating friends!
