This fancy restaurant had 2 vegan dinner options and one vegan dessert. They focus on local produce and the meal was great, fancy yet still homely ingredients. Pricy, but after 2 courses I was actually super full. The vegan dessert was amazing, I've had worse for more money. We stayed overnight and the breakfast buffet was a little bit disappointing, it wasn't exactly vegan paradise, still had soy milk, hummus and smoothies here and there, was fancy to look at, but didn't blow my mind.
