Veggie freindly dishes available (amongst the meat and chicken)

It's good to see healthier types of "fast food" places springing up, especially in places like steak lovin' Alberta, but this is after all a "hybrid" style of place that caters to meat eaters too, so its no Nirvana for people with a strong ethical conscience, or who wish to see their food dollars supporting genuinely progressive healthy eating enterprises.

It has a clean, bright some might say "sterile" cafeteria style feel with an emphasis on "healthy" options including juices, salad bowls, wraps etc, so if you are veggie there's a number of fresh healthy options to pick from. For Vegans things get a bit harder; they don't seem to label anything up as vegan (there's that hybrid "don't scare the public" feel coming through again!) so you have to carefully check out the ingredients of each menu item to be sure.

Whilst they offer a range of cold drinks, many are in reality more hip, more expensive versions of the typical high-sugar drinks and could not be considered as seriously health conscious options. And let's be frank, selling aspartame-rich diet drinks from large soda conglomerates does give the game away as to the Freshii brands' real "healthy" credentials.

Pros: Various healthy choices, Clean airy environment, Free Wifi

Cons: A hybrid of vegetarian and meat dishes, limited range of genuinely healthy drink choices , No clear "Vegan" labelling
