The food is fine! Glad to have a vegan option out here. The workers were great, but the ratio of price to what you got didn't make an ounce of sense.

I didn't order any food because the tofu is just cubed and cold. A process improvement would be to roast it and serve it hot like the other proteins available.

This place is very clean, for starters; you can customize a bowl to fit even the pickiest eater. I lived in Asia for year's and it was up to par with some of the yummiest I've had.

My family & I patronize Freshido on a regular basis for lunch. We usually have a time limit and appreciate staff's quickness in preparing our lunches. We typically order the Smokey Tofu bowl; there is an option to Create Your Own Bowl. There are plenty of ingredients to choose from. It appears that many people agree with us, because there is a line every time we go to Freshido. The staff helps everyone quickly, so we never wait for a long time to get our food. One way to improve would be to add other vegan protein options to the menu - for example, tempeh or seitan. I wish I wasn't limited to a four-star rating!
