- I live in Washington, DC, and I love to eat. I run restaurant visits for the local vegetarian society, one of their several events every month, so I have to know places for veg*ans to eat! I've been veg since January of 2002, went vegan a few months later, and have been a feminist all my life.

Hi there DC Vegan! My name's Mark and I just signed up on this site. However, my roommate and I will be visiting DC (from Florida) this weekend (Fri, Oct 16 thru Mon, Oct 19). I was wondering if you can help me out with finding some really good veg restaurants in the area!
