Major Disappointment - Edit
Our party of four on vacation in Toronto ate at two of the Fresh locations! Front and Bloor. Both turned to be a disappointing experience! At Front the service was good but the food not so much! The hot food came out cold and not prepared as stated. My nachos consisted of a huge amount of chips and almost no topping at all!
Read moreOur Bloor experience was worse. The service was nonexistent and the food was terrible. Our entire party of four ordered the The Big Breakfast Plate. It came out cold, the potatoes were overcooked and the omelet was a small portion of the Just Egg omelet. One is the party didn't get part of his order until half way through the meal. We finally just paid and left!

Amazing selection and delicious food, bad service - Edit
I remember the server forgot about our table a few times when we were asking for more water or ketchup but despite that the food was delicious. I'll only come here again because it's the closest Fresh to me.

Its a vegan restaurant with a great selection of drinks. Food is ok, onion rings and nacho apps are terrible btw. Family had burgers and they liked it. The meal for a few apps, 2 burgers came out to more than $120. It’s a nice restaurant with plenty of parking. It also has great dessert options

Great food but service was lacking - Edit
Food was fantastic and came out hot however we sat with a table of 4adults and 2 young kids. We were advised we would be billed 18% gratuities; I was a server for a very long time so I have no problem tipping generously but it was very clear they weren’t going to earn it. Tables around us were dirty, our dishes were never cleared and the server took 15 min after we were seated to come take our order. Now you would think gosh the server was probably super busy but we were 1 of 3 tables in the restaurant and no other new tables came in while we were here

We were billed full price for all of the happy hour apps so had to request a refund; fast forward 20 minutes and we received a cash refund for the difference but no adjustment for the 18% tip.

Eating at fresh for over 10 years the newer locations are sp beautiful. I love taking non veg friends here they are blown away with the great food.

Needed a good meal the night before a flight as we were staying at an airport hotel. Found Fresh nearby and ordered delivery. We got the Reuben, side salad, Buffalo chicken wrap and poutine. Everything was phenomenal- I hope they open more locations further north so it’s accessible for us in Muskoka. I want to try more of the menu - absolutely impressed with this place. And contactless delivery directly to our room was prompt and only $5.
