Foxtrot

Never eaten here but had an overpriced San Miguel about 10 years ago.

Limited Options

Be aware there is no longer a vegan menu. Before 3pm you can get a sandwich and after that the only main is a red Thai curry. We had the vegan sharing platter from the starters menu which was nice but not very generous for 2 people. No desserts only an ice cream/sorbet so we moved on.

Cons: Very limited options , Sparse sharing platter

Great vegan options

The desserts... so good! And like so good that non-vegans would order naturally too. The had a pea protein burger, with vegan cheese, served on a baguette as they only do brioche bums, but we didn't mind. And also had vegan wines marked on the menu!! Great stuff!

Delicious food

This restaurant has a completely separate vegan menu with 3 starter choices, 4 mains and 2 desserts. There are also many gluten free options throughout the menu and most of the vegan mains can be gluten free.

We liked it so much we went there twice! I had the beetroot and chickpea burger and the sweet potato roulade. Both were very tasty, and not just a load of vegetables or a meat substitute like you get in many restaurants. It felt like the chef had been creative and thoughtful on the options and I really appreciated having interesting and tasty options.

Sadly the desserts weren't as good as the starters and mains but my non-vegan friends also felt the desserts were not up to the same standard and so I think that it's the restaurant not doing desserts well rather than not doing vegan desserts well, if you see what I mean.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the restaurant always seemd full with a great atmosphere.

I would thoroughly recommend it but you need to book!

Pros: Plenty of tasty vegan options, Lovely staff, Cocktails!

Cons: Desserts let them down
