Veggie cafe associated with the health food store by the same name though the store portion moved out into its own space in 2015. Offers an all-vegan buffet and loads of vegan desserts and smoothies/shakes options for which you can choose your milk base. Many vegan snacks / to-go items. Confirmed closed, May 2021 - store remains active.

Delicious WHOLE foods - Edit
Went in for brunch and was very happy with the quality of the selections. Nothing was overly seasoned and you could actually taste the true taste of the food. The desserts and organic juices were outstanding. We are foodies and would definitely eat there again.

I love going here! The vegan menu always has tasty stuff on it, and the vegan buffet is suuper yummy. Don't even get me started on the dessert selection they always have! Most things throughout the place usually being gluten free and vegan.

Safe space - Edit
I like it here for the most part, some days they have better dishes than others, but no matter what they’ve always got vegan options. Also, they’ve always been on the more expensive side but they recently increased their prices so that’s a bummer. I do still come here whenever I’m in the mood for a bit of everything.

Buffet food - Edit
The food here is decent. It is a buffet setting. They use a lot of soy/seitan GMO as well as canola oil. Not a must visit.

Excellent Fully Vegan Buffet - Edit
This health food store is not cheap for most items, but it is very convenient and has a surprising selection of items for a store this size. It's shining achievement, however, is its vegan buffet. There are lots of selections and the price is calculated but eh weight of your plate. I like the seaweed salad, soups, steamed kale, stews, casseroles and other options. They also have excellent vegan chai and other hot teas, as well as coffee. The seating is limited, and it can fill up. However, it is a great spot to stop for a quick, nutritious and delicious meal.

Whatever you want, there for you - Edit
Very neat place, great service, and lots of fun food to choose from.
Read moreFour Seasons is a serve yourself buffet of 99% vegan food (a few things aren't, but not many) ranging from warm to cold, dessert to breakfast, coffee and tea and smoothies and juices etc. Kinda of like the buffet at Whole Foods...but vegan...and not at Whole Foods...and better.
Ended up with a small bowl of cashew and rice mix, some kale, roasted veggies, beets, and slices of tofu with peanut sauce. Came to about $4.50 for a perfect small meal-sized portion. I didn't dare explore the desserts but was intrigued by their cornbread, cookies, and much much more.
A great spot for a quick snack or a relaxed meal. I think the self service idea helps you to slow down. Just my two cents
Pros: Serve yourself so you pick the sizes, Lots of options, Quick service (because YOU are the service)
Cons: Not sure of freshness of buffet (always wary)

Love the cheesecake - Edit
So happy to visit this place when I am visiting family. Love their buffet and the cheesecakes were so yummy. Their food tastes homemade. Calm atmosphere inside and there is outdoor seating. One time I left my work phone in the bathroom but someone handed it to staff which I was very grateful about.

Great Cafe - Edit
My mom and I go here often. The buffet always has a great selection of foods (all vegan!) both hot and cold. There is also sometimes a vegetarian option that my mom enjoys. The baked goods are delicious and they also have a good grab-and-go ice cream selection in the freezer. Shakes and smoothies are good too.

This is the vegan cafe to go to. Always will have a safe vegan meal here. Recently have been disappointed with their hot bar options but is nice to have something to fall back on. Recently allowed you to buy and drink beer on site.

Pleasant cafe - Edit
This cafe within a store offers a vegetarian buffet, sold by weight. Today's hot selection included a tempeh with mustard and sauerkraut - quite good, mixed vegetables (a bit overdone or kept out too long), lima beans (nice), rice, and a non-vegan vegetable bean pie. We enjoyed the lunch here. There was a good variety of desserts as well.

Food & Ballet - Edit
The afternoon we were there all of the offerings on the hot and cold buffet were vegan, except for the pizza. There is a very diverse offering of hot and cold dishes, from soups to arame salad, hummus, bean salads, grilled vegetables, brown rice, pilafs. Then there are an array of vegan desserts and they were maple syrup sweetened. The food is displayed in an area separate from the health food store in a simple but pleasant setting. One of my personal favorites.

Yes. U really can eat a meal here! - Edit
We vacationed is Saratoga Springs this past summer and ate several times at this EXCELLENT place.
Read moreLot's of health food stores say they serve meals, have a place to sit, and have really great tasting food. My past experience "dining" under these circumstances have found those claims lacking in most cases.
But 4 Seasons is the first WORTHY health food store I have ever sat down and ate at. The dining area in mostly separate and shielded from the health food store (outside seating too!) The hot/cold food choices are very varied, the staff and cooks friendly, the food tastes great. The eating environment is comfortable enough. Reasonable prices. Really good healthy baked goods to eat there and take away too.
Keep up the good work
Pros: Great health food, lots of choices
Cons: far from home for us
