I went with 2 friends and their 8-year old child to have dinner. It was around 8 p.m. on Saturday about a month ago. My friends were there and they made a mistake to enter by the back door and they just accommodated on one table close to the back entrance. The table was set for 4 people but we were 5 with the child. We were told that we can not sit there because that table was for 4 people and no for 5. I told this guy that suppose to be the host or waiter that we were 4 adults with one child and that we can accommodate a chair that a nice couple gave it to us. But he kept saying we couldn't stay there and that we have to wait outside. We went outside and we were waiting and waiting and around 8.30 p.m I went to see what was happening and the girl say that the table was ready. It was the same table they didn't let us to stay and it was available all the time. It is ridiculous. the food is good but very bad service. We made a mistake but we are customers, we can be immigrants but we have the right to be treated with courtesy and equality.

I have been a customer for follow your heart market, restaurant and products since I have become vegetarian before vegan. Just a week ago it was my birthday and I called them to keep half a cake for me as I didn’t have a party. The lady there Nic became very nervous from very beginning and kept shouting without a reason and telling me she’s busy but she’s trying to help me! I was just asking about available flavors! Then she hang up on me while I was talking! She said she’s a manager! Anyway I went to the store to pick up my order few hours later and guess what, she didn’t leave any cakes for me! I couldn’t believe that she’s done it. More surprising when I asked for available manager Mary came and kind of cool but then I understood no she doesn’t care about what happened and tried to cover up her colleague! She was looking at me as why I am there at all. It seems there’s race preference here. Very unpleasant and disappointing. They ruined my birthday night. Never again buy any products from them as they’re faking non violence and they don’t believe it. I gave one star and that’s ridiculous that happy cow app doesn’t let you give one start to vegan and vegetarian business! What …?! Happy Cow censor the customers and don’t let the true story comes out! 👎🏼 #Veganuary
