What a lovely place - Edit
The falafel is absolutely delicious and the owner is so friendly and funny. We came in about 15 minutes before closing time, but it was no problem for the him. My dad and I are both students, so we both got a discount. I will definitely come back soon with my friends at uni!

Incredible falafel! - Edit
The menu is fully vegan, which I love, and the falafel are some of the best I've ever had! I had the original fluffy and my partner chose the siesta Mexican inspired one. Both were amazing. We'll be sure to come back soon and try the Italian inspired one with vegan feta too. Really generous portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Also warm, friendly owners with a very welcoming vibe. We loved it.

Volledig vegan restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk onthaald met uitgebreide uitleg over de 3 Falafel opties die ze hebben. Alles was kraakvers en superlekker. En niet duur (€10-€12). Zeker een aanrader!

Heel lekkere falafel! 2 wrap opties beschikbaar, beide 10/10. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijke mensen.
Read moreNu ze op de Veemarkt zitten is het aangenaam om binnen te zitten. Meer plaats en niet meer koud (zoals op de vorige locatie). Tegenwoordig hebben ze 3 wraps om uit te kiezen. Alle drie lekker!

Er zijn maar twee vegan restaurants in Kortrijk, maar wat was deze ‘Fluffy Falafel’ een leuke ontdekking. Een geweldig vriendelijke ontvangst in een rustig kader, geen keuzestress door de eenvoudige kaart. Alles netjes geserveerd, en wat een smaakbommetjes steken ze in die ‘Fluffy’s! Tof zijn ook de originele Syrische theezakjes met verrassende smaken. De rekening werd met veel plezier en dankbaarheid betaald. Wij wonen in het Mechelse, maar als we terug in Kortrijk zijn, passeren we zeker terug in de ‘Fluffy’…

Fluffy falafel opened a couple of months ago, and is run by Farah and Wasim Bayazid. Wasim came to Belgium in 2015 as a refugee from Syria. After making some falafels for a friend - following his grandmas recipe - he started a catering business and now has his own shop in Kortrijk.

Very friendly, welcoming, clean and nicely decorated.
Only a handful of stools to eat on-site, it's more orientated at take-away. We had the fluffy original (8€) and the fluffy siesta (9€), and ate lunch in our car.

The best surprise on the road - Edit
We found this little restaurant while on our way to Paris and it was the best surprise! The owner just steals your heart with his bright presence and the food is supertasty, healthy and you can eat it right there or take it with you. I live in the Netherlands, but would definitely make a detour to eat there again!
