Eh

When I went there was almost no food there at all. The watermelon juice I got was way overpriced yet did not taste good. Tasted like someone just squeezed pulp from an overripe watermelon. Anyway, hopefully they have more food in future.

Delicious healthy food, and 99% vegan.

We visited Flows as we saw in HappyCow that they had stopped serving honey.
Unfortunately, this was not correct, as they still use manuka honey for the "Grenat" drink.
Everything else is vegan, so I hope someday they'll find an alternative for honey so that they can be 100% vegan. :)

Anyhow, we had the spring rolls, the rainbow salad, and the avocado bowl.
They were freshly made after we ordered, and they were delicious.
There was a good combination of vegetables, cereals, nuts, and superfoods.
There is also a nice variety of cold-pressed juices, and hot drinks, made with homemade almond milk.

All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience, so if you are around the area, you can check it out.

Pros: healthy, nice interior, yummy

Cons: not all vegan

Great little place for great food.

We had breakfast here on our last day. The granola bowl was amazing. The pressed juices are very good.

Lovely!

Lovely place, very friendly staff, mostly vegan, healthy and tasty. I definitely recommend!
