This is a nice outlet of this reliable franchise. Close to the Garibaldi Theater, with indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter, food is served at the table. The Italian menu is on display, but you can reach an English version through a QR code. We had the spicy cecio burger (chickpea patty, cecio=chickpea) and the pop salad. The vegan tiramisù was sold out, alas! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Grundsätzlich ist es sehr gut ein veganes Restaurant zu sein, unabhängig von der Qualität des Essens, daher fünf Sterne. Ein weiteres Mal werde ich aber nicht hingehen. Geworben wird mit „homemade“, jedoch ist es ein Franchiseunternehmen, dessen Ware zentral gefertigt und gefroren angeliefert wird. Es gibt keinen Service, außer der Transport des Essens zum Tisch. Bestellt und bezahlt wird am Tresen und abräumen muss man selbst. Die bunten Burgerbrötchen sind lustig, reißen es aber nicht raus. Mein Burger war mir auch etwas zu trocken und die Käsesosse auf den nicht krossen Pommes war auch nicht besser, als aus der Tube. Der Preis war den Umständen jedoch angemessen

A vegan fast food burger place that was, unfortunately, not open the first time we went (closed all day Monday and lunch hour Tuesday - Happycow hours were incorrect) but we passed by again after eating elsewhere and ordered their cheesy fries as a snack, which were surprisingly good and baked, not fried.

The owner was looking to open a restaurant but the thought of serving animals repulsed her, so she opened the Palermo branch of this small vegan chain.
She has a good heart and good products, so please patronize her restaurant.

Loved the funny crispy and I personalised it by changing the type of bread as I wanted to try the colours. Very tasty! And so were the crunch aubergines. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely first bite in Palermo - Edit
So this was a quick find for a tired traveller’s first ever vegan bite in Palermo. The place is very colourful with very friendly service. I enjoyed the crispy bacon burger I had with fries and the yummy flower mayo. The Menabrea Lager I had was very good too.

So nice to finally find a vegan place in Sicily. I have travelled all around it. The burger was stunning as were the sides and Cheers Cake. We had walked over an hour to get to it and was so worth it. The lady even let me charge my phone as it was dead from all the touristing. So kind x

The restaurant is cute and colorful, but the burgers weren‘t impressive.
Read moreWhile I really appreciate using patties that aren‘t Beyond Meat or some other processed alternative, I do think that there‘s so much room for improvement.
The buns were incredibly dry and crumbled between your fingers when you picked the burger up. The patties are really soft and if it weren‘t for the iceberg lettuce it would just be mush texturally. It felt less like a burger and more like a puree you could pick up.
Better buns, some crunchy pickled vegetables and a less mushy patty with some chew would improve the experience by a landslide! Some of the themed burgers on the menu felt like a gimmick and not like any of the ingredients actually fit together, too.
Atmosphere, soft drinks, side dishes and staff were great though.

This fully vegan chain is a nice stop for a meal, it has a good menu with different options and combos, they also carry dessert and there's a clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly.
Read moreThe one thing to keep in mind is that there is no fake meat, all burgers are made with beans and pulses so if you expect beyond meat or similar you will be disappointed.
I tried two burgers and they were both delicious, don't miss the breaded aubergines because they were divine! Also the many different sauces, all very tasty.
PS
There are two more fully vegan restaurants in Palermo, one is very close and it's a Japanese called Haiku, the other around a 20 minutes walk offers sicilian classics (that's called Atipico).
