Hier gibt es eine tolle Auswahl an veganen Burgern. Wir fanden sie sehr lecker! Die bunten Farben der Burger Brötchen sind ein Highlight. Preislich fanden wir es auch völlig in Ordnung. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Loved the funny crispy and I personalised it by changing the type of bread as I wanted to try the colours. Very tasty! And so were the crunch aubergines. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely first bite in Palermo - Edit
So this was a quick find for a tired traveller’s first ever vegan bite in Palermo. The place is very colourful with very friendly service. I enjoyed the crispy bacon burger I had with fries and the yummy flower mayo. The Menabrea Lager I had was very good too.

So nice to finally find a vegan place in Sicily. I have travelled all around it. The burger was stunning as were the sides and Cheers Cake. We had walked over an hour to get to it and was so worth it. The lady even let me charge my phone as it was dead from all the touristing. So kind x

Not What You Want in a Burger - Edit
The restaurant is cute and colorful, but the burgers weren‘t impressive.
Read moreWhile I really appreciate using patties that aren‘t Beyond Meat or some other processed alternative, I do think that there‘s so much room for improvement.
The buns were incredibly dry and crumbled between your fingers when you picked the burger up. The patties are really soft and if it weren‘t for the iceberg lettuce it would just be mush texturally. It felt less like a burger and more like a puree you could pick up.
Better buns, some crunchy pickled vegetables and a less mushy patty with some chew would improve the experience by a landslide! Some of the themed burgers on the menu felt like a gimmick and not like any of the ingredients actually fit together, too.
Atmosphere, soft drinks, side dishes and staff were great though.

This fully vegan chain is a nice stop for a meal, it has a good menu with different options and combos, they also carry dessert and there's a clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly.
Read moreThe one thing to keep in mind is that there is no fake meat, all burgers are made with beans and pulses so if you expect beyond meat or similar you will be disappointed.
I tried two burgers and they were both delicious, don't miss the breaded aubergines because they were divine! Also the many different sauces, all very tasty.
PS
There are two more fully vegan restaurants in Palermo, one is very close and it's a Japanese called Haiku, the other around a 20 minutes walk offers sicilian classics (that's called Atipico).
