Good to scratch that bagel itch

Sometimes you need a bagel right? You just need one, and Flo's is a pretty decent place to scratch that itch. All the bagels (apart from the one with cheese on the top) are vegan and everything is clearly marked. I found the staff also very knowledgeable about what was and what was not vegan. You can get a vegan BLT and a vegan Lox. The BLT is made from marinated tempeh and The Lox is made from carrots, with a really good vegan schmear and they're both absolutely great, looks like their Sabich is also vegan, but best check that. They also have a really really excellent vegan bakba on fridays - shabbos calls you! The bagels are you know, fine. You can get better but they're also nothing to complain about. It's a great edition to Amsterdam and they have really taken care to make their vegan offerings taste good. Love it.
