Fun Vegan Food Truck!!!

So excited to have another all-vegan place to eat! Flame and Ray are super nice people bringing yummy food to Eugene. Hearty portions and plenty of outdoor picnic table seating. I can't wait to try their quiche. Definitely will be back again, and again!

Pros: All Vegan, Yummy comfort food, Friendly owners

Cons: A bit pricey, but what isn't these days

Looks as if they may update their menu from time to time. That makes it exciting. at Flame-N-Ray's in Eugene

Delicious bakery items

I tried one of their scones. Delicious! The people running the truck are super friendly people! I'll be back and I'll have a full meal next time. It's wonderful to see another fully vegan menu in Eugene!

Amazing Southern Style Vegan Food

This all-vegan food truck offers a variety of southern-style options. I have enjoyed their biscuits & gravy, chickpea chicken salad sandwich, bbq tempeh sandwich, red beans and rice, and fruit crisp. All were amazing!

Pros: excellent food, friendly staff
