Good vegan burger - Edit
While the vegan options are relatively limited, there was a pepperoni pizza, calzone, pasta dish, cauli bites, and a plant-based burger. I had the burger (soy/seitan), which was really tasty and filling. Nice upbeat atmosphere in the heart of the Royal Mile.
