Vegan van of treats! - Edit
At the Excel in London for the Formula E event we found this vegan van with burgers and loaded fries. It was super decadent but yummy. My partner loved the Oh Burger with Moving Mountain patties so we bought another. It had loads of sauce that was so messy. The cheese and truffle loaded fries was probably too much cream and fat but it was delicious. We demolished it all and were so happy to find a fully vegan caterer at this event that we could try and support.

Vegan Food Truck - Edit
I found this vegan food truck whilst wondering around central London. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I ordered loaded fries with cheeze and facon - they were absolutely delicious (although maybe a little pricey at £6.50). The fries were crispy and coated in paprika, the vegan cheese wasn't at all claggy and the little bacon bits were smoky and chewy. I was very happy.
