Great option at the airport - Edit
With a long wait before our flight, vegan options in the FCO airport were certainly scarce. I am so glad we found this vegan sandwich option. The sandwich was warmed and very tasty for airport food! The workers also used tongs with the vegan sandwich to avoid cross contamination.

Few options, but they are good - Edit
Vegan sandwich was amazing (maybe I was too hungry though). Soy cappuccino was also great.

Vegan burger bun - Edit
I had the WOW bun with vegan “schnitzel”, tomato & spinach and it tasted quite nice. The wholewheat croissant & the cappuccino were very nice!

Quick breakfast - Edit
Two flavors of vegan croissant—plain and raspberry. Soy cappuccino. All tasted good and better than some cafés in downtown Rome.

If you’re getting coffee, you take the receipt to the barista to have your drink made. The line was long around 9am but efficient.

Manic, But Surprisingly Decent - Edit
Terminal 3 at Fiumicino is something of a wasteland when it comes to vegan options. So, given this dearth of choices, I was supremely relieved to not only find anything at all, but also that the one thing I did locate was actually really good. The burger cum sandwich here was actually better than I have gotten at a number of dedicated plant-based restaurants. In addition to this, the alproccino (oat milk cappuccino) was well crafted and tasted great and the crisps on offer here too were incredibly moreish. The only slight let down was the croissant as it was a little bland though, given the situation, it was most certainly better than nothing.
