Fat Chee Vegetarian - Hong Kong - Edit
This is a normal sort of Chinese vegetarian restaurant. It's only a couple of minutes stroll (if even as much as that) from the main drag (Castle Peak Road).
I had a mushroom and tofu roll with some green leaves. Very nice. Service & setting, no issues. There's an English language menu.
Pros: Vegan friendly
