Tasty delicious food. Ordered the lime pitcher - perfect to quench thirst on a hot day. Ordered the grilled aubergine w humus wrap w potatoe wedges - was better than expected.

Great Ambiance - Edit
Visited this restaurant many years ago while living in Phnom Penh before going vegan but I always loved how fresh and healthy the food was. A really cute outdoor ambiance with many plants and roaming chickens.

Good children's area, clearly labelled vegan options - Edit
The food is OK with a few clearly labelled vegan dishes. A bit expensive for what it is, but has a nice play area for kids, which makes the place quite unique. Management seems to care about reducing their environmental impact.
Read moreThey keep chickens roaming around the restaurant. Children frequently harass the poor animals while parents look on.
Pros: Clearly labelled vegan dishes, Good play area for kids, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Breeds chickens in captivity (harassed by kids), A bit expensive, Service can be hit-and-miss

Vegan options but substandard service - Edit
There was a mixup with my order and they gave me a different burger to the vegan one I explicitly asked for, even confirming the sauce was vegan too.
Read moreLuckily before tucking in I very timidly asked to confirm with staff what burger they had given me, and reminded them of my order.
The Khmer (local) management became hostile, didn’t think to apologize, huffed and puffed and took the plate away. Needless to say I am not looking forward to the next burger soon arriving.
Oh - it just arrived. The manager slammed it down on the table, I thanked him, and he gave me a silent dirty look and walked away.
They switched out the old patty for a new one. Well, for three paper-thin tempeh strip slices. There aren’t many sweet potato fries and I am glad, because they are greasy and taste like dirty old cooking oil.
Pros: A variety of vegan options, Nice outdoor area
Cons: Service is substandard, Some of the prices are a little high, Food can be is hit and miss

Excellent food and message - Edit
I had the hummus and pita and the curry. Both were super tasty, and I love the overall eco message of this place! I would recommend! There were a good number of options and they were properly labelled as vegan

Dinner with chicken & unforgettable Pho - Edit
Unsophisticated place with chicken running around the table and pawing the ground. Loved atmosphere and food; had the very best vegan Pho here! There aren't many vegan & vegetarian options though.

Ok food, inattentive service - Edit
The title pretty much says it all. It’s hard to get the attention of the wait staff, and you have to get up from your table and go to the bar/cashier every time you want something. That’d be fine if it was clear that was the expectation, but it’s clearly a table-service place (and, to be fair, sometimes some tables did seem to get some attention).
Read moreAlas, the food wasn’t anything special; it wasn’t bad, but it was certainly not good. I had the grilled Greek wrap, which didn’t taste like anything had been grilled (sautéed in lots of oil, yes, but not grilled), and since the wrap was an oily tortilla instead of any sort of Mediterranean bread product, it also didn’t seem particularly Greek. Allowing for the possibility that the mismatch between the name and the actual food was a translation error, it still was just serviceable and not terribly tasty.
Pros: The roaming chickens are cool, Great ambience and outdoor seating, Ethical ethos
Cons: Poor service, Mediocre food

Tasty Dinner + Nice Atmosphere - Edit
A very nice outdoor seating space amongst the durian trees and free-roaming chickens. There are a good amount of vegan dishes, and a surplus of vegetarian dishes. Even some of the desserts are vegan. I had the vegan spicy bbq jackfruit sandwich with sweet potato fries, and chocolate gelato. I loved the eco-minded products on display at the checkout, and the bamboo shop near the entrance. The staff was friendly and attentive. They are so close to being fully vegetarian, and I would give 5 stars if they made that switch.

Cons: Wear bug spray!
