There are vegan sauces available (ask the owner).
We had vegan gyozas as a starter and they weren't bad, but the best was clearly the bowl.
If it's sunny, you can eat near the river as we did.
Pros: Healthy, Good value, You have a lot of vegan ingredients to choose
Cons: No place to eat inside, It will be great to have more vegan proteins, It is not 100% vegan
