There are three places on a short strip serving quite similar food - hours vary. This one is located in the middle of the three. Noodle soups and readymade food on top of rice. Here you can stack up on instant foods and sweets. Just opposite the Buddhachinaraj Hospital. This one is located in the middle of the three. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-5:00pm.

Yes you found it, it is the yellow style place looking like a cellphone plans selling shop between two shops selling coffins.

The food is warm only at 6:00 am though just after it has been cooked, otherwise it will be sort of lukewarm thanks to the hot rice. Still good anyway.

Best choice - Edit
There are three veg places grouped very close together in this location. This is the middle one. They are all selling fairly similar food, but I found the options more to my tastes here. However, the food is displayed at the front, a bit too close to the dusty road for my liking.
Read moreFairly priced (30 for two choices on rice) tasted fine and friendly service. As others have written, her English is non existant, so it's point to choose or practice your Thai time.
At the first of the three places I was told they close at 6pm, but when I went back around 4.30 this was the only one open. Get there before 5pm to be sure.
Pros: reasonable choice, decent food at fair price.
Cons: Only pre cooked options available

This place is perfect: they sell a great variety of vegan thai food for a really cheap price. The owner is really nice even though she can’t speak English. Just show her the dish you want and she will add it to your rice. Highly recommended if you’re in Phitsanulok.

because of its great location pretty near to the train station we checked it out. The staff was overly friendly and super happy to serve us! Unfortunately they didn't speak English. Food was pretty good, although nothing special. Still a good option for any vegan searching for something more in Phitsanulok than street food.
