Rating this as an airport restaurant - Edit
LPQ (Le Pain Quotidien) is a fine chain. Most of their places are better than the ones at this airport; however, an LPQ at an airport is nonetheless much better than most things one finds at airports--I wish they had such a place at the NYC airports.
Read moreAs others have mentioned, there are two LPQs at EZE--one before security, one after. The one before security has far more offerings, but I had a plane to catch, so the one I visited was at the departure gates.
There are no cooks here: all the food is prepared in advance for grab-and-go (or for eating at some of the nearby tables). Even the post-security LPQ has vegan offerings that are clearly labeled, such as juices, hummus, babaganush, and pastries--not a lot, but better than what is found in many an airport.
Incidentally, I noticed another nearby kiosk called PATAGONIA (not listed on HappyCow) that seems to have a vegan sandwich (see photo). There is also a pizza place (listed on HC) that has some vegan slices; this is more than what one normally finds in an airport of this size.

Not really useful - Edit
There are at least two Pain Quotidien, one is big and near the check-in. The other is small, located at the gates (after all controls) and has no vegan options

Finally something vegan at EZE airport - Edit
There are not many vegan options at Ezeiza International Airport, but there are some at Le Pain Quotidien. They have vegan muffin, vegan carrot cake, hummus, plain bread and a salad. My go-to is vegan muffin and carrot cake (Muffin Mora and Budin Zanahoria) and hummus with bread. I would recommend the carrot cake, it's very delicious!
Read moreThe attendant doesn't speak Spanish, and the vegan options are not clearly marked. They are marked with a leaf 🍃.
Pros: Some vegan options
Cons: Not clearly marked "Vegan/vegano"

Looks like plastic, tastes like plastic - Edit
Two stars at at least they try to offer options, but they *reaaallly* need to do something about it. The salad (one and only for vegan) looked like it waited 2 days on the tarmac. Maybe it did? We will never know, but gosh that was not good! Yuk yuk yuk…

There are a few things - Edit
There were a few options. I was able to get a blackberry muffin and ancient grains salad. Both are labeled vegan on the menu. But, you have to check the menu. Display labels do not denote whether something is vegan.
